One of the two principals lives in Adelaide. The other is in Sydney. What we don't have is a shopfront with our name on it, and we're not going to rent a serviced desk to pretend otherwise. In practice that means the Adelaide half comes to you for discovery and is there on cutover morning, and the rest runs on a live staging link with weekly demos, because driving across town to look at a screen is nobody's best day.

What does a Shopify build cost?
We don't put a number on a page, because any number we picked would be wrong for most of the people reading it. What we do instead: thirty minutes on your store, then a written plan and a price. Fixed price, or a scoped estimate on time and materials, your call. You see both before you commit a dollar.
How long does a migration take?
Eight to ten weeks for a typical migration, with the cutover rehearsed twice on your real data before the real one. Cutover happens on a Tuesday morning with both of us watching, never a Friday afternoon.
What happens to our Google rankings?
URL maps get built before anyone designs anything, redirects get rehearsed on staging twice, and structured data moves with the URLs. Rankings are revenue, so they're the first thing planned and the last thing checked.
Are we locked in to you afterwards?
No. You get the documentation and the training, and the store is on standard Shopify with as little custom scaffolding as we can get away with. Leave whenever. Clients who stay, stay because the work is good.
