The full-stack end of our range: an entire platform built from scratch — admin in Next.js on MongoDB, Sanity handling content, labels and on-the-fly configuration, and native mobile apps for the officials in both languages, not a wrapper.

Most "apps" for niche industries are a website in a trench coat. WhistleWorks needed the real thing: officials standing on a field checking crews, schedules and pay — on whatever phone is in their pocket.
The admin runs in Next.js on MongoDB — games, crews, qualifications, payments. The apps are native Swift and Kotlin, because refs don't forgive a janky wrapper at 7am on a Saturday.
Leagues differ — names, rules, pay structures. Sanity drives it as content, so onboarding a new league is an afternoon of editing, not a sprint of engineering.
“Officials open the app, see their next game, and get paid on time. The admins finally trust the schedule — that's the whole product.”
Got a product that needs more than a website? Platforms are the deep end. We swim there.
