The full-stack end of our range. WhistleWorks came to us with an idea, not a spec — we built the whole product: admin platform, native iOS and Android apps, and every word in the app editable by the owners, so a copy change never needs a developer.

Most "apps" for niche industries are a website in a trench coat. WhistleWorks needed the real thing: officials standing on a field checking their schedule, their crew and their game — on whatever phone is in their pocket.
The admin runs in Next.js on MongoDB — games, crews, qualifications, game day reports. The apps are native Swift and Kotlin, because refs don't forgive a janky wrapper at 7am on a Saturday.
When WhistleWorks wants to rename a feature or reword a screen, they edit it in Sanity. No developer, no app update, no waiting on App Store review. And a new league? An hour or two of setup in the admin, not a sprint of engineering.
It's in beta: one organisation, three divisions, fifteen officials, fourteen games a weekend. Small numbers, real ones — every schedule, crew sheet and game day report already goes through the platform.
Got a product that needs more than a website? Platforms are the deep end. We swim there.
